1. Definitions

• "Service" refers to the Japan proxy purchasing, order processing, payment processing, packing, forwarding to Hong Kong warehouse, and other related services provided by the Company.
• "User" or "You" refers to any individual or entity accessing or using the Service.
• "Products" refers to items available for proxy purchase as listed on our official product pages.
• "Order" means a confirmed proxy purchase request submitted and paid for by you.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to independently register and use the Service. Individuals under 18 years of age may only use the Service with the explicit consent and under the full supervision of a parent or legal guardian. The parent or guardian must agree to these Terms and bears full responsibility for the minor's use, including all transactions and liabilities. We reserve the right to request proof of parental consent or terminate access if we suspect misuse or non-compliance.

3. Scope of Service

SkyNeko acts solely as an intermediary to assist Users in purchasing Products from Japanese online sellers, retailers, and platforms. We specialize in Japanese merchandise including anime figures, collectibles, electronics, and other consumer goods. We do not own, sell, or warrant the Products. All purchases are made on your behalf using funds you provide. Products eligible for proxy purchase include those explicitly listed on our official product pages. For items not displayed on our website, please contact us directly to discuss availability and feasibility.

4. Order Process and Payment

After you submit a proxy request and we confirm availability and pricing (including service fees, domestic shipping to our warehouse, and any additional charges), you must complete payment using available payment methods. Once payment is confirmed, the Order is final and cannot be cancelled or modified by you. The Company reserves the absolute and final right to accept, reject, or cancel any Order at any time, including after payment, without liability.

5. Fees and Charges

You agree to pay all applicable fees, including but not limited to service fees, proxy commission, domestic Japan shipping to our warehouse, packing fees, and any additional charges for special requests. All fees are non-refundable once the Order is confirmed, except as provided in Section 8.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use the Service for commercial resale, bulk purchasing for business purposes, or any form of redistribution without our prior written consent. We strictly prohibit:

• Purchasing counterfeit, prohibited, or restricted items
• Providing false information
• Engaging in fraudulent activity
• Violating any applicable laws or third-party rights

Violation may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.

7. Account Termination and Suspension

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice or refund, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in abusive behavior, submitted multiple disputes, or for any other reason at our sole discretion.

8. Refunds and Disputes

Orders are generally non-cancellable and non-refundable once payment is confirmed. Refunds are granted only at the Company's sole and absolute discretion in exceptional circumstances (e.g., if the Japanese seller fails to deliver and we successfully recover funds, or other rare cases we deem appropriate).

In most cases where a refund is approved, only a partial refund will be issued (e.g., refund of the product cost recovered from the seller, minus all service fees, domestic shipping fees, packing fees, and any other non-recoverable costs). Service fees, proxy commissions, and other handling charges may be refundable in certain circumstances at our discretion, but this is not guaranteed.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to the Service, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific Order in question.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. While we strive to ensure product accuracy and legality to the best of our ability, we do not guarantee:

• The quality, safety, or condition of any Product
• Timely delivery or availability from Japanese sellers
• No damage, loss, or delay during forwarding

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold the Company, its employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Force Majeure

The Company shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, terrorism, strikes, government actions, pandemics, or seller/platform outages.

13. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
